I practice mergers and acquisitions; corporate finance; intellectual property protection and licensing; and general corporate law. From time to time I may refer and link to various products and services available on the web. If they are products I use, I may use a “referral link” that if you click, I may get some sort of spiff, free month of service, tiny referral fee, etc. I use these things to keep the blog running but I don’t think I let these things affect my reviews or comments on the blog.
