From time to time, I link to apps, products and services available on the web. In some cases, I may use use a “referral link” that if you click, gives me some sort of spiff, free month of service, whatever. Those small referral fees help (but do not entirely) defray the cost of maintaining this site. Similarly, sometimes developers give me promo code so I can download their product for free to try out. I do my best not to let these affect my reviews and recommendations for you.

Finally, even though I’m a lawyer, this site isn’t legal advice and I’m not your lawyer. Yeah, it is kinda silly to have to include a statement like this on a blog about the iPad, but some people have to ruin the fun for everyone.
