The views expressed in this website are those of me and not my firm, CreateLegal, LLC. So, if there is something you don’t like, blame me.
The trademarks, trade names, service marks and the like used on this site are the property of their respective owners.
From time to time, I link to apps, products and services available on the web. In some cases, I may use use a “referral link” that if you click, gives me some sort of spiff, free month of service, whatever. Those small referral fees help (but do not entirely) defray the cost of maintaining this site. Similarly, sometimes developers give me promo code so I can download their product for free to try out. I do my best not to let these affect my reviews and recommendations for you. I mention this because the Federal Trade Commission’s Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising at 16 CFR Part 255 thinks it is important.
Finally, even though I’m a lawyer, this site isn’t legal advice and I’m not your lawyer. Yeah, it is kinda silly to have to include a statement like this on a blog about the iPad, but some people have to ruin the fun for everyone.
